Liquid Chromatography Mass Spectrometry (LCMS) Facility
The LCMS facility provides high resolution mass spectrometry applications to researchers. It is located on the first floor of New Biological Sciences Building, IISc. The facility runs with minimum down-time. We encourage researchers to make good use of the facility. To know more about the instruments, sample submission procedure and contact details, see below.

- Impact HD (Bruker) ESI QTOF high resolution mass spectrometer
- Dionex Ultimate 3000 (Thermo) micro-LC equipped with C18, 150 x 4.6 mm, 5 μm reversed phase column.

- Accurate mass of purified compounds
Sample submission
- Please read
before submitting your sample
- Duly filled forms bearing your supervisor’s signature and seal can be submitted with the sample to the facility. To know about the charges contact us.
