Chandra Sekhar Seelamantula and team won the Digital Health Prize at the recently concluded NBEC 2018

The National Bio-Entrepreneurship Competition (NBEC) 2018 is an initiative of C-CAMP and BIRAC. The competition invited path-breaking, revolutionary, and scalable business ideas in life sciences spanning healthcare, agri-biotech, animal health, and industrial biotech. The competition involved three rounds of screening, a boot camp followed by a mentoring session. The Grand Finale for the competition was held on December 15, 2018, where the finalists made a pitch to a grand jury. Prof. Chandra Sekhar Seelamantula, Department of Electrical Engineering, and team won the Digital Health prize under the healthcare category.
