Modern science is counter intuitive, invokes entities unfamiliar in everyday experience and demands justification different from those adduced in common sense. Positing that communicating science becomes daunting not because of technical terms nor because Indian languages are not fecund enough, the talk would elucidate some of the literary strategies that one can deploy to make science communication effective.
